What to do after the registration?Businesses must report to the ACBR when the following changes are undertaken by the business: - Change in the name of business, address, capital, and partners of the businesses
- Merging of businesses with each other and creation of a new business
- Cancellation/ Dissolution of the company
- Changes in the Articles of Associations or incorporation. (if applicable)
- Appointing, transferring, and dismissing of the partners of the business
- Corporations and Limited Liability Companies need to register their Annual Report. Failure to report is subject to dissolution or termination of their business by the Afghanistan Central Business Registry.
Every business must report its balance sheets to the Revenue Department of the MoF from March 21st to June 20th each year. Failure to report balance sheets will result in penalties of 500 AFN per day for a corporation or partnership, and 200 AFN per day for an individual company.
